Jonathan McQuillan is a writer and factotum. He’s managed a theatre, hosted radio shows in Auckland and Hamilton, and worked as a radio programme director.
He jobbed as a professional Santa Claus, a london tour guide, and a club DJ in Cape Town. Originally from the north west of England, he now lives on Waiheke Island with his family. Over six years of daily ferry commutes, he wrote his neurotic debut novel, High Impact Insensitivity, tapping out the bulk of it on his phone.
